A Run covers literature search across PubMed, arXiv, OpenAlex and Semantic Scholar, hypothesis generation and ranking, full experiment design, materials, calculations, SOP, statistical review, and report.
Chat iterations are included within the Run up to an internal ceiling. When the ceiling is hit, the Run is marked complete. In-product, usage shows as a simple % bar.
